HOST YOUR EVENT AT GALLERY 1888

Gallery 1888 offers a unique and thoughtfully designed space for private dinners, corporate gatherings, intimate weddings, and editorial photoshoots. Located at 225 Sterling Road in Toronto’s Junction Triangle, the gallery sits within a landmark industrial building with deep historical roots and renewed creative purpose.

Originally developed by the Fairbanks-Morse Canadian Manufacturing Company, the structure dates back to the early 1900s. During World War I, the site played a key role in Canada’s wartime manufacturing efforts. Over the decades, it evolved with the city—transitioning from heavy industry to a hub for arts, design, and cultural production.

Today, Gallery 1888 occupies the most striking part of the building: a soaring space framed by high ceilings and anchored by a massive skylight that fills the gallery with natural light. The architecture is minimal yet impactful—creating a refined, atmospheric backdrop for meaningful events.
